We develop homes where every square meter is thoughtfully considered, and where color, form, and function interact naturally with the surrounding environment. We are currently building eight smart and efficient premium-class apartments in the mountains — and we have our sights set on developing more properties in the future. We also own cabins that we rent out.

The apartments we build are bright, well-planned, and offer views in all four directions. This creates an open, airy feel — and a true cabin atmosphere, even in the comfort of an apartment. Functionality, quality, and well-being go hand in hand and are reflected in the layout, architecture, and choice of materials.
